You can order/pay three different ways but with any bracelet order, we do require the bracelet to be paid for before we begin creating it. Because we have had problems in the past with customers having us make a bracelet, and then cannot pay for it, we are requiring a bracelet be paid for up front. If you have concerns with doing this, we now will take your order with your ideas, confirm it, and give you a price quote. If this sounds correct to you, we can then list it on e-bay so you can buy it that way, knowing you also have e-bay's back up of receiving the product. You can also order directly from us, paying with PayPal. Please know that PayPal does require that for people who pay for items (even items that are not sold on ebay), that the sellers "MUST" be able to prove shipment or your money will be reimbursed to you. We provide delivery confirmation numbers when we ship, which can be tracked through PayPal. With PayPal we can accept major credit cards or bank transfers. This is all included in the basic bracelet price. If you want more than two majorchanges/scans, it will be $5 per EACH strand for each additional scan thereafter. If you find a bracelet you love and want us to copy it (with few minor changes to make it uniquely yours), and do not need a scan, you can subtract $2 for the time it saves us in scanning and waiting for a reply - and get it to you much quicker! If you want birthstones, additional other items on your bracelet, when the final approval is done, you will then need to pay for the difference. If you cannot pay with PayPal, we will accept a POSTAL MONEY ORDER. Let me know specifically what you want, I can come up with a very close estimate of the final cost, and I do recommended going $10 over that (but not required), so when I receive your Postal Money Order, I can make your bracelet and if you opt for other items or additional scans, it will already be included. If you do not use up the extra $10, it will be reimbursed to you, when we ship your bracelet. If you are short with your prepayment, we will wait for the rest of your payment before shipping. Also, when we ship your bracelet, we provide with you our warranty explaining if adjustments need to be done, if it should break, or if you want to make changes. What does a basic bracelet include? It includes one birthstone of your choice, or two birthstones if also purchasing a charm and it will be centered, filler beads (gold, silver and the option of having pearls), two scans - after first scan, you can make changes, will send another scan for approval - another change may be made. Any further scans or changes after this is $5. If you do not want the birthstones that are included in this bracelet, no credits are given for this. The basic bracelet can include a "made with love" charm for no charge (just ask) but any other charms is additional cost.
INFORMATION NEEDED FOR PERSONALIZED BRACELETS:
Below is the information we need to begin a personalized bracelet. We also need actual wrist size (we generally add an inch onto your wrist size. If your bracelet does not fit when you receive it, it can be resized.) When e-mailing us, think of these ideas to help make a bracelet specifically with you in mind. We will then make-up your bracelet and scan it, and send you a copy for either your approval or changes. Copy & paste the information in the burgundy color below, and paste it when you e-mail us regarding a personalized bracelet.
YOUR ACTUAL WRIST SIZE (centimeters works best - inches to nearest 1/4 inch will also work.)
How many strands will you want ($15 for first strand - $18 per additional strand)?
Do you want a preview scan? If not, $2.00 will be subtracted.
Do you prefer silver or gold tones or a mix of each? (we only use sterling silver letters)
Do you want charms? (prices vary) Which one?
What birthstone color or months would you like? (If purchasing charm, two birthstone months or colors can be chosen)
Do you want additional birthstones besides what is included above? For which months (do you want husband/wife included - missed babies - living children)? If you are making a bracelet to represent one baby/child, I usually recommend, using the birthstone several times throughout the bracelet - a large one or two - and then smaller ones dispersed throughout. See our example page and look at number #5. (Large $2.50 (mostly used); Small $2.00; 50 cents off each for 5+)
Do you want the square lettering? ($2.50 each/$2.00 for 5+) If so for what name, initials, etc.
Is there particular bracelet on our example page you would like it somewhat patterned after? Please leave an HTML link for my easy finding it. For pictures on my webpages, you can RIGHT CLICK and copy & paste the URL here, and if it is on FLICKER, copy and paste the actual webpage at the top. Is there a color theme you would like? (Baby Blue, Baby Pink, pearls, bright colors, pastels, spring colors, fall colors, etc.)
Is there certain colors, or types of beads, pearls, gold/silver you want to avoid?
Do you want dry wipes for anti-tarnishing your bracelet & cleaning & polishing your bracelet? ($1.00 per 2 wipes in baggie or $8.50 for 25 wipes in plastic container ).
Do you want 1st Class Mail ($2.95); Priority Mail ($4.95); or Global Priority International Mail (out of country orders - $7.50)?
For within the USA, do you want your shipment insured? Please note, if insurance is not purchased, and your item is lost in the mail, there is nothing I can do. Rarely does this happen, but please understand the caution. :) ($2 per $50)
